Welcome, and good eating! Those scales. some of them lie and, well, the others only speak in half truths. You only get weight from the scale, you don't get other goodies like estimated body fat percentage. When weight is not decreasing, often you are reshaping. It your main interest is in reshaping, you (and your pants, etc.) are better measures of that!
Have a look around, and perhaps start a journal, as this will let you track your progress by whatever measure you choose.
