Completed. I did it a few times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I can get up and down from floor now using no assistance, just legs. Mainly it was about loosing enough belly fat to be able to get my center of mass over the direction of force that the legs create in the scissor position, that and giving the move an honest to goodness explosive try.

It took me over a year to accomplish this. It happened without me doing much of anything FOR OVER A YEAR other than sticking to a basic plan of eating. So please, do yourself a favor and do something, anything, for significant amount of time before thinking stuff like, "just isn't working for me. I must be different! I can't do this.., etc..."

You can do this too when your body is ready and impress your friends and neighbors
