Hi, I'm new to this forum, but have been reading posts for about a week and have learned so much.

I also have a variation on this recipe that is in the Taste Of Oregon cookbook made with Halibut.

1 1/2 lbs halibut (about 1/2" thick); salt and pepper; 1 small onion; 1/3 cube butter; juice of 1/2 lemon; 1/4 - 1/2 cup sour cream; 1/3 - 1/2 cup grated medium sharp cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, place in baking dish. Slice onion and spearate into rings: arrange over halibut. In saucepan melt butter and add lemon juice and sour cream. Blend and pour sauce over fish in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 35 min. Serves 4-6.

Awesome! Sorry I do not know the carb count and since I'm so new to this I haven't checked out the other sites yet to get a calculation.
