thanks Kirseen for the advice!.
I quit cold turkey after smoking for 15 years and dont miss it one bit so I know I'll never start again but the main issue is I have knee probs so cant do any form of exersice. I work 6 days a week in an office so I'm sitting all day, so when I get home I'm pretty tired to do anything as I'm in pain for most of the day.
Iam still slim as you can see by my stats but I'm worried if I keep putting on weight I'll never be able to go down again which is whats happening now
