Wow.. thank you so much i have been pondering this for a while and searched the web but couldnt find the answers..

Am starting to bake now and was wondering if i can pretty much substitute enriched flour in normal recipies for soy flour or almond flour instead and replacve the sugar with splenda...
do u happnen to know whether soy flour or almond flour turns out better for baking cookies/ cakes/ bread?
