You'll find that life will be a lot more enjoyable LC wise if you focus on getting those 20g a day from natural sources - especially those vegetables. Eating less than 30g of carbs a day really won't increase fat loss (in most) And eating too little carbs can cause problems - the vegetables will provide the fiber and micronutrients you need to stay healthy and regular. Constipation isnt pleasant.
