I certainly relate to the idea that ‘the more I eat; the more I want to eat’. That has been my paradox my whole life. I’m sure there is a behavior element to the issue but this study ignores the possibility that more eating generates a stronger insulin response that in turn makes you eat more. There are satiety hormones that are weaker in some.
