Yes, people doing CALP are out there! Just today I went to breakfast with my Dad to celebrate the Soltice and right accross from us was a lady who was wondering why I was picking at my omlete. My Dad ordered for me and I told him I wanted a bacon omlete but he forgot and ordered me one loaded with everything. Anyways, I told her I was following a special low carb diet and she asked what it was.

Well, turns out she has been doing CAD and CALP for the last year and a half and has lost 80 lbs! We spent the next hour talking about it so much 2 other ladies joined in the convo and were skeptical with just this lady and my own praises about this woe until my Dad joined in who has lost 30lbs himself following the main principles
