It's so powerful isn't it? One tiny amount and suddenly you're wanting to eat everything in sight. It's hard because it goes against conventional wisdom "everything in moderation". But I just can't. Going near to zero carb for a day or so sounds very sensible, the last time I fell off I didn't gain anything the following day but I neither did I stop the slide
