Well it seems to be official I am 167.4!
No ups, no downs, no movement.
I got stuck on 168.4 as well, but I am down 21 lbs and that is so in the "grand scheme of life", I am better mentally and physically than I was before.
Onward and downward all....AND.....well done to all those movers and shakers in the challenge!
