I had a lot to do in the morning and ran out of time before work for my usual workout. I was going to stretch later at night while I watched sports, and completely forgot. Whoops.
(ETA) Y'know, though, our delivery at work came late and I had to help put it away. My back and wrists hurt today. That should count!
