hi bawdy thanks for sharing this recipe, it looks like a good one. if i decided to cook this in smaller springform pans, the mini's, four inch i think, do you have any idea how that would change the cooking time? also, does splenda add even a little bulk? like if i went with sf syrup instead, does it change the integrity of the recipe? any help would be appreciated and thanks for sharing!
