Dr Atkins said that a plateau wasn't a plateau until 2 months. And a sudden regain isn't, either.
Beyond being perimenopausal, which can mess up a whole lot of things, even the weather can do a number on weight. If it's hot and humid, even if I've mostly been in the house, I can always count on being up in weight in the morning.
If I haven't gotten enough fat, I will be less regular, and THAT can mean more weight.
LOTS of things can lead to a gain. But, as you have already figured out, staying OP is the real deal, if you want to get down again.
Hang in there. You have a lot of people rooting for you.
