I have found recipes with great feedback ~ lowcarbfriends by kevinpa. There are 2 versions (mixes) that he created and an experiment using yeast that from the responses worked excellent. The ingredients are all purchased it seems from Netrition. These recipes were developed many years ago. He has since passed on but all his best recipes have been placed in a memorial folder.
