You are already at a weight that is considered perfectly healthy for your height plus you have lost 1 pound in 10 days which is perfectly normal for someone who does not really have much weight to lose. The best thing you can do is either be patient and wait and see what happens or learn to accept a few more pounds on your body. As long as you don't continue to keep gaining there's really nothing to worry about. Low carb real food is a healthy way to eat whether or not you are losing weight.
