I count everything. I weight, measure and count my food. I track grams of Protein, Fat, and Carbs, and total Calories.

A digital postal scale that also weighs in grams, a few measuring spoons, and some small dishes make it easy.

For tracking, a small notebook and a pencil.

Keeping the right amounts of P, F, C in the right proportions means good weight maintenance for me, and the exact food plan keeps away migraines.

If I feel a little too thin or too fat, or think something is "off", I weigh myself. Weighing my food means I don't need to weigh myself very often.

I really like my WOE. It has made my life so very much nicer.
