Thanks to all those who stuck through the whole year.
I know it's not easy to come here and post your weight, especially if you're not having a stellar weigh in. But we promised at the beg of the year, we'd be here thru thick and thin, post the good the bad and the ugly! (Myself, I'm included in that,) I myself, find that keeps me from "losing it" and totally going off the rails! Knowing I have to come here and tell everyone how I'm doing, keeps me honest.
