I've really been enjoying the following salad for the last 2 weeks and thought I would pass it on...

I marinate chicken in italian salad dressing and grill it.

Then at lunch the next week, I make a salad with chicken, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, a sprinkling of italian salad dressing and then a good amount of salsa--the fresh salsa sold in the refrigerator section.

The salsa really makes it yummy. Of course, I buy the kind with extra cilantro because I love cilantro.
