Anyone have their book handy?
I'm trying to remember how much protein they said to get in to prevent muscle wasting (or, at least, I think it was them... who can keep up )
It was something like 1g per... what, pound? pound of lean mass? total weight? Argh I'm drawing a blank and my book is at home.
