I wish the "no aspartame" one would have been in the master list, the one that starts out NO ALCOHOL WHATSOEVER. It could have been number four or so, AND NO ASPARTAME WHATSOEVER.

Since it was buried in the footnotes, I still think I'm good for two weeks. For me, the main thing is going to be giving up alcohol. And since I'm also clean of all meds, taking silymarin, and the caffeine is no hardship, I'll give you my report in two weeks!
