Has anyone tried the "new" Peter's Sugar Free Icecream? I put 'new' in "" because I'm wondering how much of a difference there is between this and the Carb Smart I used to buy.

I can definitely say one thing, the Carb Smart had a distinct flavour of sweeteners. I just tried some of the sugar free one a minute ago. Didn't taste the same sweetener tang, but I am left with a bit of a head spin. I get those with things high in sugar. I looked at the pack (after I tried it, of course - why would I ever want to do things the logical way? ) and it has polydextrose in it. I think this might be what is giving me my head spins.

I only had a tiny portion, so not too happy about that. And it was actually yum too!

Ah well, just a special occassion thing (if at all, we'll see how long this spin lasts) like this stuff usually is.
