Went to the gym this morning before work. 30 minutes elliptical with calorie loss of 402 pounds. Yay !! I showered at the gym. First time I ever did that in over a year. It was great. Showered dressed and went straight to work! This can truly become a habit. I am such a procrastinator in the mornings it takes me forever to get moving. Now I can work out and shower and be out the door. Sounds like the plan.
