The Eades only count carb grams (so you don't get too much) and protein grams (so you get enough).

For fat, they say just eat what comes with the protein like steak or cheese, or with cooking like frying eggs in butter, plus dressing on salad, , for starters. If you are not losing after a couple of weeks they say to look at big sources of fat like nuts - but not before just trying your normal preferences first.

The Eades do NOT advise that percentage thing. Dr Mike has written scathingly about it. That's because it's assumed to be a percent of calorie-counting based on conventional calorie formulas which are all wrong for LC eating.
