That's what its all about really isn't it? To try to strengthen and guard against our weaknesses and to increase and add to our strengths.

Its a learning process, and I've been at calp with some off time, since about 1996 or 97 (!).
I haven't made these in awhile but I also find Scotch eggs to be a nummy (and very filling) breakfast. I just use my favorite recipe for breakfast sausage, make up a batch, and mold that around the hardboiled egg (lots of recipes on the net). Bake and enjoy!
I have to say, being able (4th day so far) to stick to my 12 hour eating window has taken care of me snacking in the evening, and is helping me feel back on track again.
