I, too, am very grateful to be a participant in this forum, and while the LC luminaries you mentioned are on my list as well, this forum provides a place where I can learn, express my thoughts, and keep up with the latest research (and, importantly, pseudo research) enabling me to pursue a sound WOE that has made all the difference in my health over the past 5 years.

DG - excellent results and numbers for you, and it's a testimony to your ability to adopt and adapt in finding the WOE that works for overall health. There are many others here who have had great success, and it's a pleasure hearing from another who can contribute to the wealth of knowledge found here. Bravo!
