Kerry - I've got them in separate ziplock bags in the freezer,labeled w/what they are,so I don't mistakenly grab a pb one to make a BLT! Oh,and I have them "double bagged" b/c I always worry about freezer burn (Blech).

ETA: I saw you used coconut flour! Question, though - 3 T seems like a lot, being that cf is so darn thirsty. I would guess that 3T would make them more like huge macaroons?! I want to try that version too!!! A girl after my own heart - sweet variations of rev rolls!! Guess I'll be baking alll weekend!
