MoonDoggy, I am not an "authority" on stevia but from my years of doing homeopathy a dropper is usually only about 13 drops so, 26 drops in a serving may be about 1/4 teaspoon. Which may still be less than a gram. Hope this helps. Mary Laczkoskie
