I've been making the Faux-tatoes since i started.. LOVE LOVE LOVE them.. but i've yet to try the "rice" I might have to try that .. wonder if it would hold up in Spanish Rice Recipe? With stewed tomatoes, italian sausage and bell peppers/onions? I know it usually takes the liquid to puff the rice.. Would any of you know how i'd cook it this way instead?
