Think it was mentioned on her FB page that she now has a long wait for new patient exams, but it would be well worth having an appointment with her in your pocket for the future. I started the New Atkins program in Aug 2010 and didn't see Dr Westman until Feb, it was just as helpful to see him after the initial weight loss when the going gets a bit tougher.

I met her when she visited our local support group...such a lovely person! As you can see by the reviews, whether in person or following the advice on her website, her patients think so too. Her program is much the same as the Dr Westman Adapt (around $5 on Amazon), but she explains it with even simpler guidelines, and adds some good video explanations on her website. Those are like sitting down with a LC expert doctor to have your questions answered.
