^^ this is me. Had to give up dairy, it stalls me terribly. Months worth broken a few weeks ago. It was so painful at first, but now, I don't miss it as much. Down almost 13 lbs in three weeks (but I have a LOT of weight to lose). A lovely side effect has been that my previously terrible stiff, swollen and sore knees have improved MARKEDLY. Dairy may be a lifetime thing for me.
