Love those cream cheese stuffed Jalapenos. Been making them for years! Here is an additional tip...in addition to a foil wrapped pan, place them on a cooling wrack on top of the pan so that they do not sit in the fat and air flow can crisp all around. I put them on a gas grill for 45 minutes and walk away.
