How long have you been doing LC? How LC are you? Do you smoke, take any prescription drugs, drink a lot?

Your TGs are pretty high. They do come down reasonably quickly on a LC diet, like 25% every 3 months I think.

Your HDL is good!

Do you have a lot of people dying from heart disease at an early age in your family? If so, you could have familial high triglycerides.
