I ran into the same thing, only the cauliflower heads were about a third of the size! Cauliflower is a staple in my home and I panicked. Decided to stop at a much smaller grocery store and apparently they were behind on the price increase because they had huge cauliflower for great price so I walked out with 6 of them grinning ear to ear at my steal. Felt like I hit the jackpot! Avacados were same issue so I grabbed a bunch of those too. I couldn't even find frozen cauliflower at the big box store either. Sometimes these little mom n pop grocery stores really have the best produce and prices.
