Avocados - I eat a whole one almost every night
heavy cream - use in coffee, tea, eggs, etc
butter
olive oil
coconut oil
cheese - all kinds - sprinkle on eggs, bun-less cheeseburgers, etc
cheese chunks for snacks with summer sausage, etc.
cream cheese on celery or sliced red or bell peppers
pimento cheese on celery
sour cream/onion dip for celery, red and bell peppers.
BACON and sausage with eggs
deviled eggs with mayo and mustard
