It's was not funny that over Thanksgiving on my cruise I did eat a piece of bread at dinner one night. It didn't take long for all of the ill effects to hit me all night long. I had to sleep sitting up on several pillows to stop the acid reflux directly caused by the bread I ate. If that wasn't cause and effect I don't know what is!
