I have heard time and time again that water is a big key in weight loss but I still find it hard to acquire drinking it... I will set my mind to it and try to do better! Dr Atkins will be on CNN this Monday the 6th? Thanks! I will tune in. I went to the book store and picked up a "Carbohydrate Dieter's Diary" that I can log what I do each day that has helped me stay motivated. It's amazing though how quickly you can reach the 20 grams a day you're allowed! Stay healthy!!!!
