Hi Judy -

There's nothing in your menu that seems out of the ordinary to me. I do have two comments. The first is that you aren't completely following her plan in the sense that your lunch doesn't have a carb. This is fine and I don't think it would slow your loss. I don't know how much you are eating, but I do know that although she doesn't dictate calories, you can learn a good lesson from protein power about eating enough calories to keep your body from entering starvation mode (i.e. 10 -12 x your body weight in pounds). So make sure you're getting enough.

Finally, you didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose it that way. Some people are notoriously slow losers (see the Turtle club) and have had to learn to live with that. Also, I don't know your history, but if your metabolism is in need of serious repair, you'll take longer to lose.
