I'd say it's still a low-fat plan. They've just modified which fats they allow such as fish and eggs being on their Zero points list. Along with a lot of fruits, vegetables, beans, and lentils:

It looks to me too like they're going for nutrient density. And fiber. I think I could go for this version of WW more than in the past. (Not that I've ever actually been on WW, just somewhat familiar with their ideology.)
