According to Stop the Thyroid madness the top 25% is where you want to see the T3, and many many people have very low TSH ( you have to read the section about why TSH isn't a reliable test) when they are properly treated on Armour. Also, According to STTM you want to dose to symptoms so if you are feeling just right then your dosage is where you want to be. Fight the doctor if they try to get you to lower the dose if you feel perfect.
