Default water and exercise?

Have you gone back to the book?
He talks about what to do if you plateau. Do you check your urine for ketones?
I found that be checking several times a day, I could tell when I decreased or stopped my ketones and could use that info to do better.
Are you exercising? Drinking enough water? Just by the letter doesn't give enough info to offer much helpful advice....
