Wow, this is, as Nancy said, a keeper.

I get burned out on the taste of coconut in my coffee, but I find this to be minimally coconutty. I guess the egg and vanilla take care of that.

I used Mr Gouda's coconut milk and put the can in the fridge. I used only the thick cream on top.
