Thanks for explaining this, krh! I recently was trying to puzzle out why the nutrition label on a bar of British chocolate listed 2g total carbohydrate and 4g dietary fiber per serving. Now it makes sense! Though it doesn't make sense that the fiber is still listed under total carbs - if it is already separated out, it's no longer a sub-category! No, I don't feel strongly about this, not at all.
