Hi all,

I want to join too. It's been S-L-O-W. I seem to be doing about 2-3 lbs a month now... but I just have to tell myself that will be 24-26 lbs in a year. It's a WOE, it's a WOE...

But, the nice things. It's swimming time now and I am doing at least 500 meters per day - last Sunday I did 750. Maybe the scale isn't moving fast because of increased muscle.
