And speaking of one of "those women", while I was doing my HIIT today, I saw one on the leg press, seriously, doing 20lbs. HELLO? Now I don't know if she's got an injury and her dr said to do 20, but, um, on the leg press? Isn't it like pushing air? Not like I'm miss hoity toity, I didn't start OFF pressing my body weight, but even 60 feels light. Whatever! Bygones!
