I thouht it looked wonderful too. You could use winter squash (acorn, butternut) instead of the sweet potato -- you can buy them already peeled and cut at Whole Foods.
The recipe as is is only 9 net carbs -- that would be doable post-induction. And the bacon -- the delectable, forbidden bacon -- makes the recipe illegal in just about any other food plan!
