I think it's pretty seasonal for a start, and as such would be (I think?) more likely to be available in winter.

Having said that, I haven't seen it here for a long time. I suspect that were I to go to a specialty greengrocer, I moght find it, but I am just not that enthused.

I think it will be easiest if you just substitute other allowed vegies.

Of course, if an Enzeder comes along to tell you where to find it, ignore what I just said.
