I just wanted you to know that I awoke this morning to a world covered in white. Do you remember those snowy Spring days in Chicago? It’s truly beautiful.

I’ll accept baby steps – anything that gets me one step closer to sanity (and hopefully increasingly better health) over these issues of food. Thank you…words of wisdom from someone who’s been there.
