I love that they have such a good selection for us short people! Finding jeans to cover my rump and don't drag the ground for a mile is a minor miracle, but often managed here. They also have a great return policy - no questions asked, quick response. The only thing I have a problem with is their billing - if you ask for deferred billing, make sure they bill you on the day specified. Twice they've billed way early on me. Also, their credit card program leaves a lot to be desired...they haven't a clue what they're doing.
