Just thought I'd add my 2 cents. I've heard doing some sort of weight training with focus on the larger muscles like the glutes, hamstrings, quads will help reduce abdominal fat. The idea being, that is where the most muscle can be built. Thus a greater affect on turning around one's metabolism and insulin resistence.
