I am surprised at the bounce back . I didn,t have that happen when going back to low carb. It does happen to me when I go back to moderate carb though. I wonder if you added more salty broth if it would kill the water loss so prevent the bounce back effect your having. I only have one sugar free jello cup in the evening and one Cambells soup broth or consume soup. I use the whole can though. I do that as a full fast. For IMF I use the jello cup and other than that no snacking. For me snacking is the demon and imf takes that option away from me. I think that's why I lose so well on it. You might try the zero cal approach during the fast and see it works for you as well. I found it really freeing once I made the commitment. I hate/love snacking. I am struggling with it right now .Good luck with imf I used it to with great success to reach goal this summer.
